Report from Officers for 2020
Due to COVID-19, and in accordance with the President’s letter of 14th April 2020, there was no Annual General Meeting in 2020. However, there is certain information and documentation that has to be passed to the membership in order to comply with the rules of the Club.
The membership needs to approve the Treasurer’s report and accounts for the year, which have previously been approved by the Independent Examiner; and the Membership needs to approve the appointment of Officers and Committee Members for the following year. These are normally done at the AGM following prior notification through the notice of the AGM.

It will be assumed that the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts, and the proposals regarding the Officers and Committee for 2020-2021, are approved by Members. If any Member wishes to ask any question in connection with these matters, please contact me on howardworth@btinternet.com before 31st October 2020.
Meanwhile, continue to keep safe, and I hope we will be able to meet and resume our programme in 2021.
